Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The period for returning an order is 48 hours from the date on which you received the merchandise or on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will refund you no later than 5 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any charge for such refund.

Conditions for returns:

For products to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 48 hours
  • The products are in the original packaging with their original labels.
  • The products are unused (odors, damage, stains, etc.)

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returned products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You must send the merchandise to the following address:

We cannot be responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of goods or proof of return delivery received.

En Sport4AllShop, no nos hacemos responsables por los pedidos extraviados por la agencia de envíos USPS. Todos nuestros paquetes están asegurados por un monto de $100. Cualquier reclamo relacionado con la pérdida del paquete debe ser tramitado directamente entre el comprador y USPS, ya que no disponemos de información detallada sobre la ubicación de entrega. Recomendamos a nuestros clientes que se comuniquen con USPS a través de su página de ayuda para resolver cualquier inconveniente con su pedido: USPS Missing Mail.

No nos hacemos responsables por errores en la dirección de envío, trabajamos con un sistema automatizado que utiliza la dirección proporcionada por el cliente. En caso de ser devuelto el pedido, el cliente debe pagar por el reenvío.

Gifts

If the products were marked as a gift when you purchased them and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giftee shipped the order to be delivered to you later, we will send the refund to the giftee.
